The College offers residential facilities
in the summer months (July, August, September) to interested groups
and individuals linked with the business world, teaching of the Spanish
language, university, culture and sport.

In view of its excellent location, installations and services, the College
provides a privileged yet economical residential base in Madrid for your projects
and activities:
business and training meetings,
study, conferences and seminars,
learning of the Spanish language,
or cultural and sporting events.
The College is located on the edge of the University City of Madrid in a leafy
and well communicated part of the city within easy reach of the centre by metro
and bus.
The College has 156 single rooms with bathroom, air conditioning,
telephone and internet access.
150-seat Event Room and 50-seat Conferences Room, both with
large screen video-projection equipment and television and internet connection.
Three Meetings Rooms, one of which with the capacity to accommodate
twenty people nearly. The remaining two rooms are suitable for smaller working
groups.
One Study Room with the capacity for forty people.
There is also a Press Room with copies of the main Spanish daily
newspapers and a range of foreign journals.
All the Rooms are air conditioning and internet access.
The College, finally, has a swimming pool and sports facilities.
